Corning Fibre Closures BPEO S2

Fibre closures BPEO size 2 and size 3 are high-capacity closures designed for use within the trunk and feeder segments of a fibre network. Both closure sizes are perfectly suited for splitter or DWDM. They are watertight and can be pressurized for applications in all environments and mounting locations - buried, within a manhole, on the wall, or on a pole. The organiser in a BPEO S2 closure can accommodate up to 28 1-slot splice trays. It has a typical capacity of 336 fusion splices when using the standard-density 1-slot tray. This amount can double when using G.657 fibre with the high-density 1-slot tray. The BPEO S3 organiser contains 48 slot positions for splice trays (1-slot). It has a typical capacity of 576 fusion splices when using the standard-density 1-slot tray. This amount can double when using G.657 fibre with the high-density 1-slot tray.
